  • Yes, times have changed. Many of the plans of man, but it's the Lord's purpose that will prevail. We didn't plan for a 2020 like what we are experiencing. 2020 has caused us to rethink everything.

It is important as we pivot in these difficult times to consider the next generation in our programming and plans. A year without Christian education is devastating. Imagine a Godless generation because of our lack of knowledge.

Perhaps they will perish for what we don't know. Yes learning technology is challenging ,but not impossible.

Navigate is about preserving the same mission, but embracing a different methodology. We have an explosive three days of practical training, empowerment, and tons of resources you will be able to apply instantly. Our Navigate workbooks are plug and play templates that will help you in every area of youth ministry.

Navigate 2020 conference is 100% online and you can learn from anywhere. My team and I can't wait to serve you!

    Sincerely,

    Alphaeus

    About The Pivot Team Session

Opening session will focus on your pivot team for the next season. This session will focus on what kind of team is needed to lead youth during the pandemic. Friday

    About Digital Outreach Session

Very simple and practical session. Snapchat, instagram, Tiktok are ripe for digital outreach. Instead of knocking on doors you are knocking on the internet for souls. Do you know what platforms the next generation frequent? What about what they are texting? There is another language and culture that we should be aware exists while we are intending to reach the next generation. This session is about decoding, interpreting and the systems behind digital outreach.

    Friday

    About College Ministry Session

In 2019, Alphaeus and his team conducted research into the relationship between churches and college students and the result is College Ministry 1.0. This session is based on the findings from his new release and will consist of interviews, statistics and strategies. A thriving college ministry will benefit a church greatly. Over 7 million will turn 18 in 2020. How many Generation Z are active in your church?

    Saturday

    About On Their Level Session

Imagine a world of students growing up not understanding or learning morals and the basics of life. Many times it's the teachers, preachers, and instructors standing in the way of the content and the students. What do I mean? A teacher that is not able to connect with students is like a fisherman fishing without bait.

Whether live or virtual, the message, values and training you convey should be on their level.

OTL is a training that will share practical tools and insight on how to engage the next generation. Alphaeus has invented the word ‘enter-train’ to explain the process. Every time you train, you should entertain and every time you entertain you should train. On their level is not just about connecting and engaging, it's about transformation.

  • Melanie Clark Pratt

Host of Midday Praise 100.9 FM, Charlotte, NC

Efficacy in youth ministry requires a unique combination of authenticity, integrity and the ability to be current without compromise. Alphaeus Anderson has proven to be effective in youth music ministry, not just evidenced by Stellar Award wins or Dove Award nominations, but by sustained interest of young people and the spiritual growth in their lives. I often tell people pursuing careers in music industry that you should never take advice from people who have not attained whatever it is you are trying to achieve, but to look to someone who has marked and sustained success in the area you are trying to grow to. Alphaeus Anderson has set a standard for youth music ministry and is someone I consider a formidable expert in this area.

    Ryan Cole

Executive Director, Cindy Trimm Ministries, Atlanta, GA

His experience, passion, and unique methods are extremely effective in transforming and equipping the youth of our nation! I have experienced it first hand!

    Brandon Holt

Alphaeus Anderson has been impacting the lives of young people for years! He has a unique ability to speak into their lives and connect through the most basic of languages! Thousands of young people all over the world have been impacted by his gifts and talents. Its a true blessing to see all that has been accomplished and then know that there is SOOO much MORE ahead through Gain & Maintain!

    Phillip Carter

    Stellar Award Winner, Washington, D.C.

Bro Alphaeus Anderson and his team has put together materials, training modules and a plan to help our young people develop spiritually and musically. Gain & Maintain is thee resource for those of us who continue to look for new ways to reach our youth especially those who are in our churches. I tip my hat to brother Anderson for his steadfast work and for caring enough to put this together. His integrity and consistency speaks for itself.
